Welcome to Neoka Kids ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and parents who use our educational and gaming application. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.

            Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance):

            Neoka Kids is specifically designed for children. We do NOT collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children.

1. Microphone Permission & Voice Processing

Our app includes interactive voice-matching activities where children can practice pronouncing alphabets (ABCD), Hindi letters (क ख ग), and numbers (1 2 3). To enable this feature, the app requests access to the device's Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO).

How Voice Data is Used: Audio input is processed locally on the device using the Android system Speech Recognizer to convert spoken speech to text for instant matching feedback.
No Voice Storage: We do NOT record, save, transmit, or store any audio recordings on our servers or third-party servers. Audio input is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.

2. Advertising & Google AdMob

Neoka Kids uses Google AdMob to display non-intrusive advertisements (Banner Ads and Rewarded Video Ads).

We strictly adhere to Google Play's Designed for Families Policy.
AdMob is configured in COPPA-compliant mode to ensure only child-safe, non-personalized advertisements suitable for general audience/children are displayed.
No personal tracking or behavioral targeting is performed.

3. Data Safety & Analytics

We do not collect personal data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or exact location data.

4. Parent & Guardian Rights

Parents and guardians have full control over device permissions. Microphone permissions can be enabled or disabled at any time in device settings (Settings > Apps > Neoka Kids > Permissions).
